Our steers are born and raised on Little Brook Farm. They stay with their mothers for months: No early separations here! They are grass-fed (at just a few days old they start nibbling the fresh spring forage). The steers don’t do drugs – no antibiotics or hormones.
Once again, our meat is processed in a USDA-inspected facility.
